The Department Manager reviews the applications to determine if the individual’s qualifications will meet the requirements of the position. If qualified, you will be contacted for an interview.

If you receive a conditional offer of employment with Fairchild Medical Center, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Before you may begin work, you must provide evidence of the following (1) current TB testing (either QFT or 2-step TB skin test); (2) a physical within the last six months; (3) current status of immunity for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and HepB (titers are preferable); and (4) current TDAP (within 10 years). YOU MUST BE CURRENT on annual influenza vaccine, COVID VACCINES and TDAP (every 10 years).
